Insurance
The Few Institute does not have contractual agreements with any HMO, PPO or other managed healthcare organization. It is our policy patients submit claims directly to their insurer; we will not submit claims on your behalf. The Few Institute will assist you in obtaining preauthorization when insurance coverage is appropriate. We will provide the information needed to complete your claim for medically necessary surgery. The patient is responsible for the full amount of all surgical fees; The Few Institute will not negotiate or accept reimbursed rates.
The Few Institute does not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
