Appointment Times

For the privacy and convenience of all of our patients, visits to The Few Institute are by appointment only.

Your appointment time has been carefully defined to protect your privacy and that of all of our patients, and to allow you an experience that attends to all of your questions and needs. For this reason we ask that you contact us immediately if you will be delayed by more than 10 minutes. Any patient who arrives more than 20 minutes late for an appointment may be rescheduled at a later date at the patient’s own expense.

Payment Policies

The Few Institute accepts payment by cash, check or credit card.

Payment for aesthetic consultations is required at the time your appointment is scheduled by major credit card, or may be paid in no less than 10 business days in advance by cash or personal check. Consultation fees may be applied toward non-surgical services prescribed by Dr. Few or toward surgical fees. Consultation fees for appointments rescheduled less than two business days prior to your scheduled appointment will not be refunded. If The Few Institute needs to reschedule your consultation, for any reason, your consultation will be provided at no charge.

Payment for non-surgical services is expected at the time of service.

All surgical fees must be paid no less than 10 business days prior to the date of surgery. Surgical Center and Hospital fees will be billed directly to the patient by the facility. Each facility has specific payment policies that will be defined during the surgery scheduling process.

The Few Institute is not responsible for refunding any surgical fees, or for rescheduling fees that result from a patient’s non-compliance, the failure to follow pre-surgical instructions including: nicotine use, failure to avoid or to take specific medications as instructed, and failure to follow day of surgery instructions. Any surgical procedure rescheduled by the patient less than 10 business days prior to surgery or as the result of patient non-compliance, will incur a $2000 surgeon’s rescheduling fee; this does not include fees that may be charged by the surgical facility. All fees must be paid prior to confirming any new surgical date.
