The John Hancock Center is a secure and private building. In order to reach The Few Institute, you must check in with security at the Chestnut Street Lobby and present a valid picture I.D. You will not be able to access the elevators to reach The Few Institute unless your name is listed with security on the day and for the time of your appointment. The Few Institute updates our visitor listing daily; please notify us immediately regarding any appointment changes.

John Hancock Center Parking Options

If you're looking for a trustworthy parking solution at 360 Chicago, we've got you covered. You'll find plenty of convenient parking spots available in the building at 875 North Michigan Avenue. The public parking floors (6-12) are open round the clock and offer 710 covered spots for your vehicle. Access to the parking facility at John Hancock Center is easy; simply take the designated ramp on Delaware Place or Chestnut Street. The vehicle clearance is 6' 7''.

How Much is Parking at the 875 North Michigan Avenue Building?

Parking rates at 360 Chicago vary based on the day and whether you choose to book in advance or pay on-site.

For Monday to Thursday, parking for up to 3 hours costs $15.40, and after that, the rate is $22. On Fridays and weekends, the short-term parking price increases, and it's $22 for up to 3 hours. The John Hancock Center parking garage also provides accessible parking spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. These spots are reserved for guests with a valid disabled parking permit or license plate. Standard parking rates apply to these accessible spaces as well.
